Cinematheque . Location + Parking
The Cinematheque presents its films in the Peter B. Lewis Theater, located within CIA’s George Gund Building at 11610 Euclid Avenue in the Uptown district of University Circle.
Parking
CIA's campus has three lots. Two of the lots (Lot 73 and the annex lot) are available to Cinematheque patrons, and both are accessed from E. 117th Street, south of Euclid Avenue. Cinematheque patrons should try to park in Lot 73, located in the rear of the complex. It’s the closest lot to CIA building Entrance C. But if Lot 73 is full, there is ample additional parking available in the annex lot on the other side of E. 117th Street. Those who park in the annex lot should also use Entrance C (off Lot 73) to enter the building. Parking is free and monitored by security guards.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the building.
Accessibility
Our facilities are fully accessible to the physically challenged. Guests with physical challenges may find it easier to be dropped off at Entrance E, on the east side of our building, off E116th Street, but that entrance will be closed temporarily during summer 2021.
